		<description>I doubt if any company can enforce it legally, i.e the part about owning the code that you write in your free time.  Better companies are willing to sign a &#039;disterest agreement&#039; if you can prove that the code that you will be writing (for a open source project) is not in direct competition of the comapny&#039;s products.</description>
